    Unhealthy lifestyle- It’s a common contributor of our biggest health problems: stroke, heart disease, diabetes, cancer.

    Looking for the path toward a healthier you? It’s not hard to find.  The journey begins with some simple tweaks to your lifestyle. The right diet, exercise, and stress-relief plan all play a big role.

    Daily exercise.

    Work your heart, it’s got to be aerobic exercise. Lots of options are there like walking, jogging, biking, rowing machine, elliptical machine, swimming. Walking is great exercise. Get 10 minutes here and there during the day. It all counts

     Healthy diet.

    Junk food and high-fat fast food-QUIT IT . Your heart, brain, and overall health are harmed by foods high in saturated fats, salt, and cholesterol.  You’ve got to replace them with healthy foods: lots of fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, olive oil —call the Mediterranean diet.

    • Health is about so much more than just eating well! You also need to take care of other things in your life that nourish you. To relieve stress is equally important for healthy heart, mind and body
    • The “one-breath” meditation is a powerful, straightforward relaxation technique 
    • Cultivate gratitude: First thing in the morning and right before going to bed at night, think of 3 things you’re grateful for in your life.
    • . Foster a sense of humor; hum or sing a happy song every day and smile! Finally, do your best to be on good terms with people, with your near and dear ones. Good relationships are vital For our well being
